Many magazines have referenced Driggs as a great place to live. Men’s Journal rated Driggs as the #1 place to live. The New York Times and USA Today recently ran extensive articles about Driggs.

Developers are buying up land. This is a really a buyer’s market at this point in time. Huntsman Springs is starting to put there lots up for sale. Teton Springs and River Rim are the other developments that will have the same amenities, including golf courses.

About Swan Valley   

The Snake River, Palisades Reservoir, and mountains are what Swan Valley had to offer. It’s a small valley and still quaint. It has two gas stations, two convenience stores, fire department and lots of quiet.

These two valleys, close to Jackson and Yellowstone are really a little peace of heaven.
